家族が集う場所は広さをたっぷりとり、リビング内に置かれた内階段の視覚効果で空間の広がりも意識した
ダークカラーの外壁と片流れの屋根が、モダンな印象を持たせている
キッチンの吹き抜けに取り付けた格子が、空間のアクセントに
利便性も高い、収納付きの玄関土間も注目のポイントだ
天井の梁にレールを取り付け、インテリアを自由自在に。カフェやリゾートホテルのようなオシャレな雰囲気
庭を中心とするコの字型の配置で、外からの目線をカット。家の中だけでなく、外も完全なプライベート空間となっている
Story この家の物語
アメリカンローカルハウスをイメージし、玄関から室 内までをひと続きに感じられるように設計されたY邸。海に向かって開かれた開放的なリビングは窓からの光と風にあふれ、外との境界線を感じさせない、ワイルド感を持たせたアウトドアのような空間となっている。
床板の無垢の肌ざわりが心地よく、ソファに座り窓の景色を眺めていると、つい時が経つのを忘れてしまうほど。クロスを絶妙に使い分けしており、木目やコン クリート、アイアンの素材をミックスさせた、無骨でスタイリッシュな空間に施主・Yさんのセンスが宿る。
もともとキッチンの上に個室を設置する予定だったが、コストと採光を考え、吹き抜けに転換。むき出しになったキッチンの梁に格子を渡したのは〈池田建設〉のアイデアだ。
施主が求める「遊び心」にも寄り添い、細部まで個性とニュアンスにこだわった。施主と工務店の協同作品ともいえる、まさに「大人の秘密基地」の完成だ。
