Story この家の物語

全室南向き、陽あたりの良い平屋。閑静な住宅街に建つＩ邸。木の温もりとシンプルモダンなデザインが際立つ、スタイリッシュな建物だ。

課題は南側全面が道路に面していることだったが、〈池田建設〉は道路と建物の間に壁を設けることで見事に解決。外からの視線だけを遮ることで光と風を家の中に導き入れ、まるでリゾートホテルのような特別な空間が誕生した。

Ｉさん夫妻がこだわったのは、階段がない暮らしと、玄関から一直線につながった開放感。ＬＤＫにはできるだけ扉を設けず、シンプルな一つの大空間に。玄関を土間のように位置づけた、直接キッチンへアクセスできる動線も魅力だ。雰囲気に合わせて、テーブルなども造作。南側全面に設けたデッキは、ご主人のトレーニングにも重宝しているのだそう。

「いつか子どもが産まれたら、プールで遊んだり、おうちキャンプもやってみたい」。幸せあふれる家族の歴史はまだ、はじまったばかりだ。
